Sotogrande

Sotogrande is an established second home community started in 1962 with approximately 7,000 existing homes, 5 golf courses, polo fields, 2 hotels, beach and tennis clubs as well as an equestrian center and natural reserve. The acquisition provided the opportunity to acquire significant land in southern Spain of 1,576,000 sq.m, allowing the construction of up to 1,120 units. Orion has repositioned the asset by building The Beach lagoon, creating the La Reserva community, the recently completed development of the new 5-star hotel "So" Sotogrande by Accor, and the development of the 50-unit condominium project "Village Verde".
