Panorama St Paul's is an extensive repositioning of the former British Telecom headquarters in St Paul’s. The building will offer 556,000 sq ft of superb new office space adjacent to St Paul's Cathedral, with 45,000 sq ft highly flexible floorplates and 50,000 sq ft of building amenities which include restaurants, health and wellness facilities, extensive end of trip facilities, and multiple landscaped terraces, roof gardens and panoramic views. The design follows a holistic approach of low energy, zero carbon and human-centric design to deliver a building with best-in-class environmental credentials. Compared to a new build and considering the whole life carbon of the building, a saving of 282kg/CO2/sqm is projected (approximately saving 120,000 trees by retaining and reusing 70% of the existing structure). Panorama St Paul’s is targeting NABERS 5*, BREEAM Outstanding, WiredScore Platinum and WELL Platinum.
