In 2019, Orion acquired a strategic share stake in the Spanish listed residential developer, Neinor Homes, one of the largest housebuilders by landbank in Spain. The company focuses on fully permitted land in non-central but high-end locations building apartment complexes that have units averaging approximately 100 sqm and average sales prices of €330,000. Orion has members on the Board and key company management committees. Since acquiring Its stake In Neinor, the company has completed a major corporate acquisition of Quabit Inmobiliare, has created the Build-to-Rent platform "Neinor Rental" and Issued Its first public bond of €300 million.
